He is survived by Wife, NgonLuan Thi Nguyen. Son: Huy Pham. Daughter: Lina Pham. Parents: Dien TRong and Tinh Thi Pham. Brothers: Phuc Pham, Tuan Pham, Tu Pham, Khanh Pham, Duong Pham, Hau Pham. Sisters: Nbol Arrisgado, Chau Haugen, Nga Pham, Van Pham. Grandchildren: Suri Pham, Dennis Pham, Jacob Pham, Luna Pham.

Services will be held Monday August 14th, 2017 at 5:00pm at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary Chapel.
