Ritsuko "Dee" Canady, 689, of Waianae, Hawaii, passed away at Queen's Medical Center West Oahu on April 2, 2016. She was born in Japan on April 5, 1947. She is survived by her husband Louis Maikai Canady; her daughters Lori Maikai Sims and Michele Po'omaikai Garay; her brothers Tadashi Kato and Tadao Kato; her sisters Sonoko Miyamoto and Reiko Kato; and her parents Chujiro Kato and Koyono Tejima. Her Celebration of Life services will be held at the HCC Community Center, 2729 Pali Highway, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96817; on Saturday May 28, 2016. Visitations will begin at 1:00 p.m. The family has requested that casual attire be worn.
