Henrietta Leilani Mahi, 80, of Honolulu, Oahu, passed away at the Pali Momi Medical Center on April 17, 2016. She was born in Honolulu on September 3, 1935. She is survived by her husband Jacob Mahi; her sons Jacob K. Mahi and Joseph K. Mahi; her mother Harriet Cavaco; and her brother Philip Cavaco. Her memorial services will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday May 7, 2016. Family visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. public visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with service beginning at 10:30 a.m. Her burial services will be held on Monday May 9, 2016 at Hawaii Memorial Park beginning at 11:00 a.m. The family has requested that Aloha attire be worn, Flowers are welcome.
