He is survived by Spouse Ann Miller

Daughters: Isabel Kaliko, Joy Mason, Kaimana Mason and Jessica Miller
Brothers: Ricardo Garcia, Rommio Semana, Artemeo Semana and Alfred Garcia
Sisters: Carmelita Eckhart, Magdelena Abordo "Lena" and Carmela Fidow
