Obituary for Ellie Merle "Tiny" Kirifi (Kauai)
Ellie “Tiny” Kirifi (Kaua‘i), 78, of Kapaa, passed away on April 27, 2021, at Straub Hospital on O‘ahu. She was born in Hawaii on November 30, 1942.
She was preceded in death by husband Pulou Laloulu Kirifi, son Elden Pulou Kirifi, sister Ella Pearl Sagocio, brother David Kaua‘i Sr., mother Mary Makaehu Kaua‘i, father Charles Nohoula Kaua‘i and grandson Cody Jeremiah Kirifi.
She is survived by daughter Caroline (Larry) Asai of Kapa‘a, son Darrell (Zina) Kirifi of Wailuku, Maui, and sisters Pamela (Gerald) Alaibilla of Phoenix and Meibers (James) Torcato of Kapa‘a.
Services are Saturday, May 15, at 10 a.m. at the Kapaa Hongwanji Mission hall. Scattering of ashes will follow after services and lunch.
Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary on O‘ahu is assisting the family with arrangements.
