Jeff was born on February 1, 1954 at St. Francis Hospital to Joseph and Eusibea Thomas.
A man of many talents, Jeff enjoyed woodworking, glass etching, and fishing. He enjoyed working on cars and loved hot rods. Jeff was always willing to lend a helping hand to friends and family who needed his help with cars or anything around the house that needed fixing.
Jeff leaves behind his partner of 15 years, Joann Molitau. Brothers Joseph Jr. (Leslie) and James (Vicky), sister Jocelyn, children Jenifer (Shawn), Okoa (Bree), Chelsey (Shay), and Jazmine (Vincent). Grandchildren Shawnecy, Josiah, Aeden, and Kadyn. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eusibea.
