On December 01 1984 Justin K.A.K.N Moana aka Moana or Jayla was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Jayla was an amazing, loving, caring and brighten everyone's day kind of person. She was a big hearted, always thought about others before her self. She loved dancing, sing, drawing, and made everyone laugh non stop when she was around. She is the life of the party. Jayla was just the sun that brightens everyone day even when she was dealing with her own demons. Jayla always had a smile on her face when she was down, never showed her true feelings. Jayla loved being around her nieces and nephew she was there jungle gym and always made them laugh. Everybody just loved her vibrant loving crazy funny attitude. She always had positive vibes when she was around.

June 04,2020 she was granted her angel wings. She is survived by her Mother Jan M.K. Moana (Father:Joseph J.Hoffman Deceased)
2 brother Joseph & Jerome (Chelsea) Hoffman ,1 Sister Jerrazzaylyn Hoffman ,2 Ex-In-laws Kaimilani & Hilly & 4 Step Sister's(Dad's Side), 6 Niece's & 1 Nephew Also Grandmother Verda Moana, Aunty Joylyn(AL) Moana-Chan , 2 Uncle's Jon(Darcy) Moana & Joseph Moana Jr., Grandmother Ruth Dando (Dad’s Side) & many of Aunties & Cousins.
