Kersen J. De Jong, 65, the Managing Director for Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, of Manalapan, Florida, passed away at the Straub Clinic & Hospital in Honolulu on February 17, 2016. He was born on March 13, 1950 in the Hague, Netherlands. He is survived by his husband Phillip Perkins and his brother Martin De Jong. Private services will be held.
