Condolence: Lambert Lui Kwan was a loyal friend. He attended the funerals of both of my parents: Milton H. Carter, Sr. and Anita C. Carter. On both occasions we stayed up to all hours reminiscing about the good old days in Puueo. I last spoke with Lambert on his wife's passing. I am proud to have known Lambert. May he rest in peace.
