Obituary for Patsy M "Pat" Levi
Patsy "Pat" M. Levi passed away at home in Kapolei, HI on July 26, 2022. She was born on November 2, 1939 on the island of Molokai, to Yoshio and Betty Morita.
Pat graduated from Molokai High School in 1957, then enrolled in Honolulu Business College. After completion she returned to Molokai and was promptly hired as a secretary, by Del Monte Corporation. Several years later the company offered her a position in Data Processing in Oahu, which she accepted.
Pat retired at the age of 55.
Not one to be idle, she started her own part time cleaning business.
She remained in contact with her many friends from Del Monte. Friends and family looked forward to mango season and Pat's Mango Bread.
Patsy is survived by her daughter, Laurie M. K. Levi, sisters Elaine Y. Taguma, and Leatrice A. Barkdoll of Utah, her best friend and caregiver Blossom I. Nihipali, and four nephews.
Her daughter would like to express appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Keith Terada, MD and his staff at the Sullivan Care Center for the years of care they provided. Also thank you to the entire staff at Island Hospice who provided continual care for Pat, and support for the whole family.
Private family services have been held, followed by cremation.
