Sandra “Sandy” Momilani Munetake Amaral, 53, of Nanakuli, Hawaii passed away January 4, 2022 at home. She was born September 11, 1968 in Torrance, California. Sandy is predeceased by her husband Curtis Kauahi Amaral.

She is survived by her sons: Abel Amaral and Cjay Amaral, Joland Amaral, Leighton Amaral, Aaron Amaral, Anson Amaral, Darrel Cabinatan III, and Shancen La'a, Daughters: Malia Munetake-Oili, Chanell McWayne, Chyanne McWayne, Ashley Amaral and Candice Alexander, Mother: Lucille Munetake, Siblings: Jerome Munetake Jr, Jody Munetake, Cheryl Munetake, Sherry Munetake, and Michelle Gerard and grandchildren: Kealohalani Alexander, Keoni Alexander, Djay Louis, Kazzen-Ryne Amaral-Palakiko, and Jaxon Amaral.

Sandy exuded love for everyone she came in contact with. To know her is to love her because she is a real one! Her beautiful smile and infectious laugh will be missed dearly. We find comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her husband and many loved ones.

Services will be held Saturday January 29, 2022 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Visitation:10:00am Services:11:00am.
