Obituary for Tammy Kalilikuoha "Poch" Tilton

Tammy Kalilikuoha Tilton, 40, of Honolulu, passed away unexpectedly in her home on April 23,
2022. Tammy was born on July 21, 1981 in Kaneohe. She is survived by her parents, Leighton
and Marjorie; her sister, Shelly (Joe) ; and all of her nieces and nephews who she loved dearly,
Aukai, Lalio, Reilani, Sade, Leigh, Lily, Joshell, Joe Boy, Jerome; and her Fiance, Dwayne
Akiona and her hanai children, Kiani, Kien, Kyven, and Keomalu. She is preceded in death by
her sister Leigh, and her brother Kanoho.

Born and raised in Kaneohe, Tammy, also known as Poch, grew up in a very tight knit family.
She had a lot of great memories working on the family puakenikeni farm and laundromat.

At 23 years old, Tammy met Dwayne Akiona, and they have been inseparable ever since. If you
saw Dwayne, you also saw Tammy, they were always together. They enjoyed spending time
with both of their families, and were known as the “808SoleCrew”.

Tammy was loved by all. She was very caring, giving, strong, and always lent a helping hand.
She will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones.
