Charles Aika Kuia Jr., 66 of Honolulu passed away on June 14, 2018 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
He was born on January 20, 1952 in Honolulu of deceased parents Charles Aika Kuia Sr & Cecilia (Cece) Kamaka.
He played for a band in the late 60’s called “KNIGHTSMAN,” he also worked for KRAMERS, HOLIDAY MART, and Retired as a 25 year Security Guard for 999 Wilder Condominium.
He was also a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He is survived by his only daughter Cerene Kuia. Sister Maria Rivera, Brothers Reuben, Curtis, Carlton (wife Heidi) and Carter ( wife Christine). 2 hanai sisters April and June. 2 grandchildren. 5 nieces, 9 nephews, and 14 grand nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 @ the LDS Church (Kalihi Ward) across from Farrington High School.
Viewing from 8-10a.m. and service to follow with a luncheon immediately after the 1 pm.
Burial at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, to join his vet father.
