Richard P. Madayag, 75 of Ewa Beach passed away January 16, 2017 in St. Francis Hospice. He is survived by: Wife: Enriqueta Madayag. Sons: Ricky, Ronnie, Randy Madayag. Daughter: Gemma Souza. Mother: Pelagia Oliveros. Brothers: Edwin, Carlos, Rolando Madayag, Francis and Leroy Oliveros. Sisters: Rose Marie Aquino, Maritta Rivera, and Percy Madayag. 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.

Service: Monday, January 30, 2017
Location: Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary
Visitation: 9:00 a.m.
Service: 10:30 a.m.

Burial to follow 1:00 p.m.
