Ruben "Ben" Perry Tolentino, 61, of Honolulu, HI passed away April 19, 2017 in Honolulu. He was born December 10, 1955 in Honolulu, HI.
He is survived by daughter, Destiney (Ioane); son, Kaipo; brothers, Roland , Ramsey (Susan), Radford (Irene), & Rusty; sisters, Radlynn & Jennifer; grandchildrens, Acazia, Kavassi, Alia, Talia, Kaulana, Kamakoa, Keahi, Ka'ua, Kekoa, Kahealani, Tiare, Kiani, Tehani, and Kaipo; great grandchildren, Mason, Navaeh, and Amelia-Rose; and Cousins, nieces, and nephews.
