Alan Bitsoev, 59, of Honolulu, passed away at Queens Medical Center on January 20, 2016. He was born in Omsk, Russia, on October 29, 1956. He is survived by his wife Natasha Umarkhodzaeva; his sons Ruslan and Artur; his sister Lola Bitsoeva; and his parents Boris and Olga Bitsoev; as well as his two grandchildren Kamilla and Alana. The family will hold private services in Honolulu, HI; Moscow, Russia; and Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
