Obituary for Constance M. Blake (Silva)

Constance M. Blake, 79, of Honolulu passed away at the Care Center of Honolulu on November 16, 2015. She was born in Honolulu on July 17, 1936. She is survived by her daughter Donna, her hanai daughter Debbie Worrell, six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Services to be held at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary on Friday December 11, 2015. Vistations to begin at 9am with services to be held at 11am. Burial to be held at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl, beginning at 2pm. Casual attire is requested.
