Lebonna Joyce Sakamoto, 64, of Waianae, Oahu, passed away at Queens Medical Center West on March 7, 2016, She was born in Honolulu on August 2, 1951. She is survived by he husband Rodney Takashi Sakamoto; her sons Harry (Kimberly) Cruz III, Mannual Joseph (Sharane) Cruz, and Koji Nakasone; her daughters Alberta Maryann (Dawn) Cruz, Dionicia Tisha (Neal) Kapaona, and Leanda Chambrilla; her brothers John "Rooster" Correira, Albert Botelho, James "Tony" Botelho, Richard "Dickie" Botelho, Lawrence "Larry" Botelho, Glen Botelho, and Ronald "Ronnie" Botelho; her sisters Albertina Iopa-Eli and Cheryl Botelho; and her parents James A. Botelho Sr. and Maryann Albertina Botelho. Lebonna is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Her Celebration of Life services will be held at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary on Saturday March 19, 2016. Visitations will begin at 4:00 p.m. with services beginning at 5:00 p.m. Flowers and leis are welcome. Scattering ceremonies will be held on Sunday March 20, 2016 at Nanakuli Flats, beginning at noon with at potluck luncheon to follow.
